The snail carries its home wherever it goes. It can be anywhere in the world and feel as though it is where it is meant to be, right in that present moment. It does not need to be anywhere else but where it is NOW. 

Moving fluidly, deeply feeling every particle the earth has put in its path, the snail makes its journey through life.
